NegadRas Academy provides educational content about financial markets, trading psychology, and related disciplines. All courses, live sessions, materials, and community features are offered for educational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Accounts are personal and limited by our device security policy.

You may not share account credentials or resell access to academy content without written permission.

3. ETN Star Economy & Rewards

ETN Stars earned through engagement are virtual recognition points. Affiliate cash commissions are calculated per the published referral terms at the time of conversion.

We may adjust earning rates to protect the integrity of the economy. Fraudulent engagement (farming, automation, self-interaction) may result in ETN Star forfeiture or account suspension.

4. Community Conduct

The Trading Floor and Live Arena are professional spaces. Harassment, spam, misleading market claims, and impersonation are grounds for moderation action, including post removal or account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NegadRas Academy and ETN ECOSYSTEM are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on educational content.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the academy evolves. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
