1. What We Collect

Account data: your name, email, username, and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Usage data: engagement on the Trading Floor, course progress, journal entries you write, and device fingerprints used to enforce our device security policy (fingerprints are hashed — we never store raw browser data).

Communication data: if you contact support, we keep the correspondence.

2. How We Use It

To operate your academy experience: courses, community, gamification, and referral rewards.

To secure the platform: device limits, fraud prevention, and moderation of reported content.

To send you service emails (verification, password reset, and broadcasts you can expect as a member).

3. What We Never Do

We never sell your personal data. We never share your journal entries or planner notes with third parties. We never use your trading notes for any purpose other than serving you.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted infrastructure providers (database hosting, email delivery, and video delivery). Each processes data only as needed to deliver their service, under their own security standards.

5. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, posts, and personal content within our backup retention window.

6. Data Retention & Security

Data lives on managed PostgreSQL infrastructure with encrypted transport. Access is restricted to the operators of NegadRas Academy. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never recoverable.
